As a part of his studies in aesthetics, Fr. Krause began a study of Iconography, learning the ancient art of writing Icons. He has given numerous workshops on Iconography across the country, leading others in their appreciation of, and personal spiritual practice with, Icons.
Married to Julie Krause for 20 years, they have one son, Michael Krause. Their home life is delightfully mundane.
